Due to a high volume of listing requests please allow up to 48 hours for your details to be added.

Q:How long will my Listings last for?

A:

All Listings last for 12 months from date of purchase.

Q:Why are there only 10 Premium Listings per town?

A:

Unlike other directories we Guarantee 1st page listing for your chosen town to maximise your exposure. All Premium Listings take priorty over any Standard & Budget listings in all categories.

Q:What is a Category Sponsor?

A:

We welcome businesses to advertise in a whole town where your advert will appear on every Page within that chosen town, for example the whole of Blackpool, Birmingham, Weymouth etc. For more information please visit our category sponsor page.

Q:Can I add my Hotel?

A:

Yes this is perfectly acceptable, as this is still Bed & Breakfast accommodation.

Q:How do I get a refund?

A:

Please note when you have checked out for any listing type to be added to our site NO refunds are given under any circumstances.

Q:How do I make any changes to my Listing?

A:

Simply email our team at admin@bandbfinder.co.uk. You must email us from the original email address to confirm your identity.

Q:How much does it cost to be listed on B & B Finder?

A:

There are 4 types of listings available, Budget Listing, Standard Listing, 1st Page Premium Listing, or Category Sponsor.

Budget Listings are £1.50 per year, Standard Listings are £30.00 per year, 1st Page Premium Listing are £70 per year and Category Sponsorship is £100 per year.

Q:My town is not listed in the directory?

Our team are actively working around the country to fill all our regions, if your town is not yet listed please email us admin@bandbfinder.co.uk and we will endeavour to add your town as soon as possible.

Q:What is a Budget Listing?

Budget listings are simply a line of text displaying your accommodation name and telephone number in your chosen town.

Q:How will I be charged for a Budget Listing?

A:


Your mobile phone provider will add this to your bill as a Premium Rate Text which will be charged at £1.50 NO recurring billing will happen it is a one off payment, if you are a PAYG mobile user this will be deducted from your balance you have remaining on your account.
Q:My mobile phone will not sent a text to add my Budget Listing?

A:


There is a simple explanation for this some networks automatically block premium rate services; you can get this resolved by contacting your network provider to remove the block.
